Start with your feet in the sand and your body in the water with gentle Hatha yoga in the ocean. No mat needed. No board. A simple open water swim is included with your swim teacher and lifeguard team. Take this opportunity to improve your swimmers breath, increase ocean confidence, practice turning your yoga into swim skills, ground and float, and connect in a small group. We provide gear. Bring your inner child. Salty yoga is 90- minutes in the water.
